Speaker notes
A few tips from a longer presentation –
Life, accidents, injuries, and so forth change our bodies
from what we had as toddlers to what we have today. As toddlers, we have core
strength, which gives way to our use of our legs and arms. We should let core muscles
to their job.
If a motion doesn’t hurt, we are probably doing it right.
Muscles need to relax as well as tighten, so the flapping of
our upper arms when we are relaxed is normal.
Don’t lock your knees; hold them softly.
